I'm a registered counsellor and mental health specialist based in Perth, Western Australia.

I hold a Master of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Psychology from the University of Wroclaw. As part of my psychology degree, I was awarded a six-month scholarship to study in Torino, Italy where I first gained my interest in comparative approaches and international insights into mental health.

My professional background spans roles across non for profits, academia and trauma recovery support facilities. I’ve supported individuals with concerns ranging from trauma and burnout to emotional regulation, identity, grief, and relationship issues — always with an emphasis on emotional safety, clarity, and self-agency

I now work with adults navigating complex emotional experiences — often shaped by early family dynamics, emotionally harmful relationships, or long-standing patterns of self-doubt and over-responsibility. My clients are thoughtful, often high-functioning individuals who are tired of carrying it all quietly. They come to therapy ready to understand themselves more deeply and make sustainable, grounded changes.​
