Workshops
The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being — not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This definition invites us to move beyond just getting by, and instead to care for our whole selves — including our emotional and relational lives. It means paying attention to how we feel, how we think, how we respond to others, and how we treat ourselves — and beginning to do so with more intention and care.

Our workshops are shaped with this understanding at heart. They support the mental and social aspects of health by helping you build emotional awareness, navigate your inner world with more clarity, and develop the confidence and skills to create a life you feel more at ease in. These programs are also a way for me to bring together my skills, knowledge, and qualifications from my studies in psychology, education, and counselling — creating experiences that are both evidence-informed and deeply human.

What to expect:

– Evidence-based content made relevant to everyday life
– A respectful, open atmosphere — space for meaningful conversations

From Scarcity to Enough:
A Science-Based Workshop on Cultivating Abundance
This isn’t another course about manifesting or magical thinking.

Raising your vibration. High energy equals high rewards - these messages flood our feeds — from TikTok to self-help spaces. But are they helpful… or harmful?

Psychology and neuroscience paint a more nuanced picture.
We can cultivate a deeper sense of contentment — not by forcing positivity or bypassing our struggles, but by gently reshaping the way our brains perceive enoughness, safety, and connection.

Join me for From Scarcity to Enough: A Science-Based Approach to Abundance, a 2-hour online workshop that blends evidence-based practices with real-life insight.

We’ll explore:
How scarcity shapes our inner voice and self-worth
Science-backed practices from neuroplasticity & positive psychology
How to gently rewire your brain for a felt sense of enough
You’ll leave with insight, evidence-based tools, and a quiet steadiness — the kind that comes from understanding how your mind works and how to support it differently.

Unstuck: From Limiting Beliefs to Value-Led Action
Feeling stuck, self-critical, or unsure how to move forward?
This 2-hour live Zoom workshop offers a practical, evidence-informed space to pause, reflect, and shift. We'll explore the hidden beliefs that quietly hold us back — the ones that whisper “I’m not good enough”, "This is always happening to me" or “It’s too late” — and learn how to challenge them and see a bigger picture.
Then, turning toward what truly matters, we’ll reconnect with personal values that can gently guide our next steps.

Combining insights from psychology, neuroscience, and lived experience, this workshop offers a structured yet warm space to:

-
Identify negative core beliefs that may be fuelling stuckness or self-doubt
-
Understand how these beliefs show up in your thoughts, feelings, and actions (or lack of it)
-
Gently challenge their hold using science-backed strategies
-
Clarify your personal values — what truly matters to you
-
Translate those values into small, doable next steps
You’ll leave with a stronger sense of direction — anchored not in perfection, but in your values.

No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and an open mind. Cameras optional.

Boundaries that stick: Tools for Healthy Relationships
Boundaries don’t push people away — they help us decide who gets access to our time, energy, and attention. These resources are limited, yet many of us give them away freely out of habit, fear, or guilt. Learning to set and hold boundaries allows us to protect what matters most and build relationships that are more respectful and mutual.

What to Expect:
-
A supportive, down-to-earth space — no role-play or forced sharing
-
Insights from psychology and neuroscience on why boundaries are hard
-
Journaling prompts to identify your current patterns and challenges
-
Tools for navigating guilt, pushback, and emotional discomfort

This workshop is for thoughtful, caring people who want to stop overgiving and start honouring their own needs — without feeling guilty, harsh, or afraid of losing connection.

Whether you're navigating family dynamics, friendships, work, or romantic relationships, this session will offer grounded insights and practical tools to help you shift from resentment to respect — for yourself and others.

Safe Enough to Feel Joy
Joy sounds simple—but for many of us, it can feel unfamiliar, fleeting, or even uncomfortable. We brace for disappointment. We downplay good moments. We struggle to fully let them in.

Just as we learn to sit with discomfort, we also need to learn how to sit with joy, peace, and delight. That, too, takes practice. This workshop invites you to explore what pulls you away from feeling good—and how to gently build the capacity to stay with what’s nourishing, without shutting down or rushing past it.

What to Expect
-
A gentle, science-informed exploration of why joy can feel vulnerable or hard to hold
-
Insight into how your nervous system responds to positive emotions like peace, delight, and ease
-
Reflection prompts to help you identify what pulls you away from joy or makes it feel unsafe
-
Practical strategies from psychology and neuroscience to expand your emotional capacity for joy
-
Simple grounding and mindfulness practices to help you stay with what feels good
-
A supportive, non-judgmental space—no need to be “happy” to join
